pray as you are

1 Samuel 12:23

As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right.

God’s people realize the source of their trouble is themselves. Now they are worried their leader, Samuel, won’t pray for them because they don’t deserve it. We hear Samuel’s answer. We don’t have option of praying only for those who do good. Who would we end up praying for?

Who would pray for me? You? Exactly...
