12 Hear my prayer, O Lord!
Listen to my cries for help!

Many of us have a hearing problem. Hearing aids won’t help. It’s not about the acoustics. It’s about the attention. Spend time listening and you will hear cries for help from others. Then you can focus your prayers for them more specifically.

Yet, even if you are a deep listener, there will be people only God can hear when they cry out. That is as it should be. He is the Great Shepherd.
