28About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray.

Jesus isn’t always alone when he prays. He also chooses others to join him. Prayer builds relationship between God and us. Prayer also builds relationship when we pray with others. There is something bonding when we directly pray for someone else and are directly prayed for by someone else. We join with them and God. We are a complete community.
