Matt 21:22
22 You can pray for anything, and if you have faith, you will receive it.”
Faith comes when our will is connected to God’s will. This is not a matter of trusting hard enough. It is a matter of really trusting. When we trust God can do something and God wants to do it, if we are open to be filled by God’s power, well then, it gets done. Someone put it this way:
God does things through us, not for us.
